Manager's Role

This position requires an effective and energetic leader with strong people management capabilities who possesses at least 2 years prior experience in a retail or hospitality leadership role. The successful candidate will possess maturity and initiative, along with high organisation and time management skills and relevant food handling knowledge and certification. The ability to mentor and motivate your team in line with company values along with administration relating to rostering and stock ordering is essential.

The successful candidate will need to be available on a rotating roster and possess a dynamic and team focused personality, strong work ethic and willingness to learn at all times.

Your Abilities

  • Ability to delight our customers with amazing customer service and high quality products;

  • Ability to work in fast paced environment whilst still maintaining a high level of efficiency;

  • Ability to mentor and lead your team effectively at all times;

  • Maturity, trustworthiness and honesty;

  • Accuracy relating to cash transactions;

  • Relevant food handling qualifications and an understanding of all food safety and hygiene requirements;

  • Excellent communication and presentation;

  • Ability to problem solve effectively;

  • Maintaining optimal store cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
